REOPENING REGISTRATION

Online registration is now closed and will be reopened on October 1st, 2020.

Registration fees

All delegates must register to the congress. Registration fees are as follows:

** KINDLY NOTE: Online registrations will be possible until March 14th; from March 15th onward registrations will be only possible onsite with a different rate.
Online registration will close a month in advance during the ESPHM 2020+1 edition in order to better manage Venue spaces and meeting rooms in consideration of the overall attendance for the Symposium.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat via email at registrations@esphm2020.org

Refunds will be made after the end of the Symposium, according to the following terms:

By February 14th, 2021: Refund of 75% of the paid fee

From February 15th  to March 14th, 2021 (23h59 CET): Refund of 50% of the paid fee

From March 15th, 2021 onward: No refund
